Return Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on Fisher Traction.

Fisher Traction offers a (US) 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (less S&H) for Fisher Traction boxed devices and poly-bagged devices only. Your order must be the original product ordered and in the same condition that you received it, including the Fisher Traction Box. For Fisher Traction Combination (Multi) Packs, both the Fisher Traction Neck and Fisher Traction Back devices must be returned to receive a full refund. We do not offer any partial refunds or returns on foam wedges or inflatable supports that do not accompany the Fisher Traction device(s).

Before returning your product, you must first contact us at info@fishertraction.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA). 

Along with your email request for the return, please also include:

  • Your complete name
  • The mailing address where the product was shipped
  • A daytime telephone number
  • Your reason for returning the product.  

NO PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING AN RMA NUMBER FROM FISHER TRACTION CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Unfortunately, we do not pay for return shipping.

Items returned with a return authorization must also meet all other conditions outlined on this page.  Please be sure to get tracking information to ensure it has been returned properly.

Warranty

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Fisher Traction (US) 1-Year Product Warranty

The verified customer of Fisher Traction devices is covered by a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. This 12-month warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and excludes damage attributable to misuse, excessive use, normal wear and tear.

For warranty service within the scope of this warranty, please contact info@fishertraction.com . Before any warranty may be honored, all devices must be returned to dealer first for evaluation. (Same address as above) 

 Exceptions / Non-Returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned separately, like foam wedges or supports due to the porous nature of the material.  Please email if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on deep discounted sale items or gift cards.

 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you wish to exchange and make a separate purchase for the new item. Once your original item has been returned, you will receive a refund for that original product within 7-10 days .

 Refunds
