Easy to get overzealous and feel the stretch! Hurts at the beginning, but wait a few minutes and relax. I perform over the end of a bench which amplifies the stretch and places all the stress on the device. Beginners may want to begin on the floor as indicated and then progess.

I just started using it one week ago, so I don’t know if it’s going to make much of a change as of late. But when I am using it I do feel wonderful. At this point, I can highly recommend it.

Keep up the good work. Frequency and consistency is the key to long term results as you create momentum in changing the hydration of your discs. Think of it like putting braces on teeth you need momentum to change the positioning of the bones and discs to help correct the spinal alignment long term. Research studies have shown after long term use discs can re-hydrate with regular consistent decompression. After your 21 consecutive day use than you can start tapering down the frequency to find out how long you can go to maintain your spine without issues. You really can't use Fisher Traction to much as gravity is always working against us.

18 days in and I have little to no pain in my right trap muscle and lower back. I purchased after 2 disc herniations at work and I am resuming more bending and around the house cleaning. When I sit for long periods I am in less pain. I would recommend this device. I usually go about 15 to 20 mins. I have tried laying on my stomach with device on also. I get a better pull laying on my back.

Make sure you keep using the "Release Strap" to rehydrate your discs for long lasting results. Studies have shown that regular decompression can increase the water content and hydrostatic pressure in the discs which will ultimately prevent degeneration and disc narrowing. The larger the disc heights will increase the size of the lateral canals which in turn keeps the pressure off your nerves. You might be able to increase the pull-force too by sliding further from the door or anchor point which will help increase the results too. I’m not feeling any relief yet, but using the device 12 minutes daily. Slowly building up to longer traction time. Sometimes it seems to make the ridiculopathy worse. Hooding in time my neck condition will straighten out!

with everyday use for at least one month, I have found significant relief for pinched nerves and my neck pain gone. Now my plan is I think I’ll use it every 3 days or maybe every week just to maintain that proper curve of my neck and for my total wellness. I got the fisher traction devices in December of 2023 it is now August of 2024. Over the years I have tried so many different devices trying to reduce my upper back and Lower back pain as I have a very physical and demanding profession. Fisher traction is the first device that I have ever used that has actually made a huge difference. I notice my posture and upper back pain feel better every single time I use it. My posture has gotten a lot better. If I miss a day of using it I notice my tendency to slouch back to my original posture. I absolutely love these devices and don’t think there is anything as good as them out there. Had my fisher traction about a week. Used it every day for 15 minutes so far. I can already tell a difference. When I wake up in the morning my back is no longer stiff. Too early to tell if helping my sciatica yet but I really do feel better overall.

I had neck pain for several years but most recently it was worse in the last three months. I was on pain medication, which really wasn’t helping. After using your device, for about three weeks my pain is almost gone. If I use it daily the pain is almost gone and very manageable. A great product. I would recommend it to anyone with neck pain.

I have been using the fisher traction for almost 2 weeks and I can tell you that it really works. The very first day that I tried it I could tell it had that pulling action that was decompressing my neck . It felt so good for my neck to get some relief because I have been having cervicogenic headaches for quite a while and this has helped tremendously. I use this traction everyday 2-3 times a day to get relief and I wished I would have found Dr. Fisher’s product long before now. I absolutely love this product, it’s a Godsend!

This has been great for my sciatic.nerve pain. I had been hurting for over A month when I got my fisher traction device and within 2 days of using it, I could feel a major difference. Life saving, err Neck & Back Saving Devices! Recently I woke up with excruciating neck/shoulder/arm pain from a pinched nerve in my cervical spine and this was the device that saved the day. I had already been using the back traction device for a number of months for my lower back pain so I was familiar with Dr. Fisher's products. Within the first 2 uses of the neck traction device, I felt significant relief. Now I'm doing his month-long challenge of using both devices once daily. I use them at night because it makes for a nice easy routine to do it right before going to bed. I still have a little residual pain from the pinched nerve and various new injuries that I accumulate on a regular basis from my physical job and working out at the gym a lot.
